Yandex have updated their webmaster documentation around how webmasters can report problems.
The URL (/support/webmaster/troubleshooting.html) has been expanded to include more details, including a snippet asking for feedback around new functionality within Webmaster tools.
I have a suggestion Choose a topic from the list and describe what you would like to change in Yandex.Webmaster or Yandex search engine functionality. The team will try to take your opinion into account in the future updates.
The tone of the article itself has also changed, with the main headers changed from What do you want to report? to Write to the Yandex.Webmaster support.
Tracking tools also note a change in page-level robots.txt, with a noindex being removed from the page.
