Yandex.Webmaster Improves Turbo Page Managment Options

Yandex has broken up the management of Turbo pages into two separate elements, “Turbo pages for content”, and “Turbo pages for stores”.

In addition, the Webmaster now has simple settings for the appearance and the minimum order amount.

Now, you don’t have to hire a specialist or write code to correct texts or add details in brand colors. The settings in the Webmaster allow you to easily change the store name, description, logo, and also specify the colors of buttons and links.

New Turbo page management options, by page type

Within the “Turbo pages for content” section, users have the sub-menus of:

  • About the technology
  • How to turn on Turbo pages
  • Turbo summary
  • Data sources
  • Settings
  • Debugging
  • Diagnostics

By contrast, within the new “Turbo pages for stores” users have the options of:

  • About the technology
  • How to turn on Turbo pages
  • Data sources
  • Settings
  • Debugging
  • Troubleshooting

Store Turbo Page Designs

You can customize the appearance of the store in the Turbo pages for online stores section → Settings → About the store.

The design settings are already displayed in the Webmaster interface, but they will be applied on the Turbo pages in about a week. Very soon it will be possible to make changes and see them on the page in minutes.

Customizing Turbo store pages

The minimum order value will immediately familiarize the user with the restrictions and help to avoid unprofitable orders. Now in the Webmaster, you can independently specify the amount, and the user will see it among the list of products in the basket.

You can specify the minimum cost in the Turbo pages for the online stores section → Settings → Checkout.
