Yandex.XML To Introduce New Rules For Calculating Limits

Yandex.XML provides access to Russian, Turkish and world search types. The service has limits on the number of requests sent per day for each type of search.

From January 27, 2021, Yandex.XML will introduce new rules for calculating limits for the “world” and “Turkish” search types: they will be issued according to the rules that have long been in effect for the “Russian” search type.

Change Summary

  • The number of allowed search queries will be calculated individually for each user. The restrictions depend on sites registered with the Yandex.Webmaster service.
  • The following types of restrictions also apply: hourly, on the number of requests per second.

Yandex.XML is a service that allows you to send requests to the Yandex search database and receive responses in XML format. Using the service, you can organize a search across a single site or an entire portal, or create an application that uses search capabilities.

For more information on limits, see the published help guidelines.

The current values of the limits can be viewed in the Limits section in your Yandex Webmaster Tools account.
